Retreat Flow
The Journey
Day 1
Arrive & Nest: Arrive at The Sanctuary. Calibrate your body to the natural frequencies and enter this peaceful and sacred space. We open the retreat with ceremony as we step into the journey together.
Day 2
Home: We awaken the energy of your authenticity through somatic practice and ritual exploration. Expanding your roots into the Earth and reclaiming your place as a part of Nature in a place where the earth still hums with ancient knowing. Where the river meets the land like a prayer. of sacred desire and self-reception.
Day 3
Wild: We journey to the wilderness of the Soul. Reconnecting with the savage current coursing through you that inspires your passion for life. Reawakening the wisdom of emotional and ancestral remembrance.
Day 4
Heal: From a place of empowerment, we travel down to meet the roots where old and stale stress patterns within your system need refreshing and readjusting into your renewed and empowered vision. We create a safe space to release the layers of your limiting beliefs that are ready to be dissolved and regenerated.
Day 5
Dream: We remember what it feels like to be alive in your skin. Awaken the body, reconnect with playfulness and desire.
Day 6
Create: Pouring the mould into form. Shaping your dreams into plans with renewed fire and specificity. We hold space for your full potential of self-realisation and help you envision this into reality.
Day 7
Activate: Expanding your impact in your life, community and your environment. We zoom out to deepen your perspective of what your actions are capable of then zoom back in to gain clarity on your next steps.
Day 8
Integrate: A gentle morning weaving the threads together, shared breakfast and heartfelt goodbyes as we close the circle and prepare to carry the Sanctuary home within us.

The Venue
Situated in a three hectare valley, this cozy home borders the longest river in Portugal originating from the mountains of Serra da Estrela. Located in an ecological zone, it offers a perfect retreat space for The Sanctuary. It was designed in symbiosis with nature, runs solely on solar power and with the water supplied by the land. This oasis supports us in remembering that we are a part of nature, automatically starting the process of regulating our nervous system and grounding us into who we really are authentically.
♒︎ Private River Beach Waterfall & Forest
We have our own private river beach and little waterfalls with a pool to soak your feet in and lush green forest hikes. Relax with a float in the river or go kayaking along the river.
🍽 Private Chef Meals
Organic & seasonal meals prepared with intention and care throughout the retreat. Grown mostly in the region includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. Tea coffee, fruit and nuts always available.
𐦂𐀪 Communal Living
We have one bedroom with an en suite and one bathroom to share for two bedrooms. There is also a wooden cabin with an en suite available. The bedrooms are spacious and have the possibility to host you with a friend or offer an area to rest and recover.
⾕ Relaxing Spaces
For some downtime in between sessions there are plenty of areas to relax and process. There are cozy communal dining spaces and chill-out nooks to grab a cup of tea, a good book or soak up some sun on a lounger.

For most of my life I have been seeking an effective way to thrive from the inside out. I pushed myself to the breaking point trying to hustle and strive within a system that was making me unwell physically all the way down to my spirit.
I went to hell and back to find combinations of approaches that actually work and integrate them myself. Only then did I start to thrive in a way of deep inner freedom. My values define what decisions I make and how I deal with life's challenges.
I have made it my life's mission to share this Magic and bring others together in a Sanctuary to experience this. What a privilege to witness the courage and determination it takes to show up for yourself and claim your Power.
